We offer convenient self check-in. Head directly to your reserved cabin and retrieve the key from its lockbox. We’ll provide directions and lockbox instructions before your arrival.

Yes! You can book directly through our website. Returning guests and Veterans receive a 10% discount when booking directly (this excludes holiday times). Please contact us before booking so we can help arrange your discount.

Please review the cancellation terms shown when you book. Your reservation confirmation will include the policy that applies to your stay.

Your reserved cabin is private, but other guests may be staying in cabins elsewhere on the property. Trails, ponds, and other shared outdoor areas may also be used by fellow guests.

Checkout is at 11:00 a.m.

Please start the towels in the washer, gather your trash, and return the key to the lockbox. Follow any additional checkout instructions provided in your cabin.

Our cabins include heating and air conditioning, kitchen basics, towels, and bed linens. Bring your groceries, personal toiletries, and any specialty cooking items you may need.

All cabins but the Country Cottage have Starlink Internet. The Country Cottage has a hotspot internet. All cabins have DirectTV.

Please check the individual cabin listing for hot tub availability and location. Doc’s Place has a private indoor hot tub room, while the rest of the cabins have a hot tub on the deck.

Yes! A $50 pet fee applies. Pets are not allowed on beds. If your pet joins you on the couch or other furniture, please use the provided pet covers. Please clean up after your pets to help keep the property welcoming for everyone.

Our cabins offer grills and fire pit areas for outdoor cooking and relaxing. Check your cabin’s listing for details, and bring charcoal if your cabin has a charcoal grill. Please follow any posted fire rules and local burn bans.

Absolutely! Guests are welcome to bring their own UTVs, and there is plenty of space for trailer parking. Please follow the property’s trail guidelines during your stay.

Yes, there are rental options in the area, including DLR and Wolf Pen Gap UTV Rentals. Contact the rental company directly for availability, pricing, and reservations.

You can explore our private property trails during your stay. We also provide information in the cabins about local riding opportunities, including Wolf Pen Gap. Check current trail conditions and any permit requirements before heading out.

Yes! Guests can walk and hike along the property’s trails. These trails are also used by UTVs, so please stay alert for riders and share the trails respectfully.

Yes! Guests can enjoy fishing in our stocked ponds. All fishing is catch and release. Bring your fishing gear and enjoy some time by the water.

The area offers hiking, biking, wildlife watching, UTV riding, and scenic drive through the Ouachita Mountains. Explore the Ouachita National Forest, visit Hatfield or Mena, or spend the day relaxing at your cabin.
